    Pair your We-Vibe


    • The first time you launch the app, you will be asked if you want to pair your We-Vibe.
    • Press and hold the control button on your We-Vibe for 5 seconds. When you feel two pulses, your We-Vibe is ready to pair.
    • Tap ‘pair We-Vibe’ button.
    • The app will search for your We-Vibe.
    • You will see a ‘Good to Go’ message when your We-Vibe has successfully paired.
    • You can also pair your We-Vibe from the Menu, tap Pair We-Vibe.

    Set a discretion/security lock


    • If you want to set a security PIN for We-Connect you can do so in the Settings menu (Settings Screen)
    • You can turn the lock on or off, or change your PIN, in the Settings menu. (PIN screen)
    • If you are using the iOS app and you enter the incorrect PIN twice, you will get a “Help! I forgot my PIN” link. Pressing this link will clear your saved vibes as well as reset your password.
    • If you have an account, you can delete and reinstall the app without losing your saved vibes.

    Control your We-Vibe


    To turn your We-Vibe on or off:

    • Once you have paired your We-Vibe, the Control screen will appear.
    • To turn your We-Vibe on, tap the play button on the bottom bar of the Control screen. An animated waveform will play on the screen. This wave indicates the vibration mode your We-Vibe is in.
    • To turn your We-Vibe off, tap the pause button on the bottom bar.

    To change modes:
    There are two ways to change the vibration mode on your We-Vibe:

    • Swipe the animation in the Control screen to move to the next mode.
    • Tap the mode name (above the animation) to access the mode selector.

    To adjust the intensity:

    • The intensity of each motor can be adjusted (on a scale from 0 to 10) using touchscreen gestures
    • The external/clitoral and internal/G-spot stimulators can be adjusted together or independently. Drag the waveform up/down to change the intensity of the individual stimulator. Pinch the screen to adjust the intensity of internal and external stimulators together.
    • You can also increase or decrease the intensity of the vibration by tapping the + and - buttons at the bottom of the control screen.

    Create a custom vibration playlist


    • From the app menu, choose Create My Vibe.
    • Select a vibration mode to start your playlist
    • Name your vibration playlist and set the duration of your first mode
    • Use the + button to add as many different vibes as you like
    • Press ‘save vibe’ at the bottom of the screen
    • Your custom playlist will now appear in the mode selector, or can be chosen when swiping through the modes.

    Connect to your lover


    Connect and play with your partner across the room or on a different continent.

    • From the app menu, tap Connect Lover.
    • Tap Connect Lover.
    • Choose to send an SMS or an email.
    • A standardised message will appear in our messaging or email app. You can leave the message as is, or edit it as you wish. Be sure not to edit the link.
    • Send the message to your lover.
    • When your lover taps on the link, they will be directed to download the app (first-time use only) or be taken directly into the app.
    • Once your lover accepts the invitation to connect, you will be notified that they are ready to play.
    • Once you confirm that you are ready, you will be connected and your lover will have control of the We-Vibe.
    • Your screen will show a blue dot in the ‘Connect Lover’ icon at the top of the screen during the shared experience. Either partner can end the shared session at any time by tapping the end button
    • Either partner can initiate a request to Connect.

    Create a custom vibration


    • From the app menu, choose Create My Vibe.
    • Press the ‘draw vibe’ option
    • Place your finger on the light gray circle and drag your finger along the control screen
    • Press the link icon in the middle of the screen to replicate your waveform for both stimulators.
    • Press the pencil to start over
    • Press the checkmark to save

    Two-way Control Feature


    Two-way control is now available with the newest We-Connect™ update. This allows you and your partner to control each other's devices at the same time, from anywhere in the world.

    • Each pair your own We-Vibe® product to your own smartphone device
    • Invite your lover to connect with you by sending an invitation to Connect to My Lover
    • Once connected to your lover the dual control screen will appear
    • You will each have control over each other’s We-Vibe products
    • If you would like to take control of your own product, switch to your vibe and take control
    • You or your partner are able to control both We-Vibe products
    • You and your partner will still be able to use the video, text and audio chat functions

    Exclusive Sync features


    Beat mode

    • From the vibe tray, choose beat mode.
    • Select either Choose a Song or Use your Mic
    • Choose a Song will access your music library
    • Use your Mic will pick up voice or surrounding noise
    • Customize the frequencies your Sync vibrates to using the sound filters; bass, midrange or treble
    • Use the + or - button to increase intensity of the vibration

    • From the vibe tray, choose touch mode.
    • Swipe the screen with one finger to control the clitoral motor
    • Swipe with two fingers to control both motors
    • Use the + or - button to change the vibration intensity at a given swipe speed

    If you have not paired a We-Vibe with the app, the first item in the menu allows you to do so.

    Control


    Turn your We-Vibe on or off, access the 10+ modes and adjust their intensity.

    Create My Vibe


    Make custom vibration playlists and custom vibration waveforms. Choose a mode and duration. Add as many segments as you like. Name, save and play your custom vibe. Custom playlists are accessible from the mode selector, or by swiping through the modes on the Control screen. Once you have create a vibe, this menu item will read “My Vibes” when you click this you can create, edit and delete custom vibes and playlists.

    Connect to My Lover


    Play together — even when apart. Connect with your partner across the room or on a different continent. Send a connect message via SMS/text or email. Receive a private link to join your smartphones.

    See the latest news and offers from We-Vibe. There will be a pink notification circle to indicate that there is something new.

    Settings


    Access your personal settings and app preferences.

    • Language - choose your preferred app language
    • Discretion Lock - turn the app discretion lock on/off or change your PIN
    • Unpair We-Vibe
    • Reset We-Vibe - restore your We-Vibe to its factory settings
    • We-Vibe Timeout - adjust the We-Vibe sleep time (default 30 mins). Please note that this will only show up when your We-Vibe is paired.

    • You can reorder the icons and delete you custom vibes from the mode selector.

    How do I disconnect my We-Vibe from my phone and pair to my We-Vibe remote?


    If you have been using your We-Vibe App to control your We-Vibe but would like to use your We-Vibe remote you go to menu and into your settings. From there, select unpair We-Vibe.

    Completely exit the app.

    Press and hold the Control Button on your We-Vibe for 5 seconds or until it pulses two times.

    Your We-Vibe is now ready to pair with the We-Vibe remote

    • With the remote and We-Vibe next to each other, press and hold any button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
    • The light on the remote will blink 3 times and your We-Vibe will pulse 3 times when it’s paired

    Which phones are supported, and how do I know if mine is compatible?

    Does We-Connect work on a iPad/tablet?


    We-Connect works on a variety of tablets and iPads. Below, you can find a list of supported devices and required operating systems.

    Is the battery level indicator displaying my phone or my We-Vibe’s power?


    The battery level indicator lets you know how much charge is left on your We-Vibe product.

    Will the app work without WiFi or cellular service?


    The app requires an active WiFi or a cellular data connection for both the We-Vibe user and their remote lover’s smartphone/tablet when connected and sharing control. Keep in mind that video connection will use more data.

    How does We-Vibe protect my privacy?


    We take your privacy seriously. Visit our Privacy Notice for more information.

    Is We-Connect secure?


    We take much care to protect our customers’ privacy and to secure private data. We-Connect data transmissions are encrypted and protected on secure servers. All in-app partner communications (instant messages and photos) are cleared after a partner session and are not stored. We-Connect also has a discretion lock that, when enabled, only allows a person with the correct PIN access to the app.

    How do I change my language preference?


    Language options are available on the Settings screen under the Menu.

    How does my smartphone/tablet connect to the We-Vibe?


    Compatible We-Vibe products connect to your device using a Bluetooth™ low energy (Bluetooth Smart) connection.

    How close does my phone need to be to my We-Vibe product?


    Your phone and We-Vibe need to be within Bluetooth range of one another. For best results, we recommend your phone or tablet is within 3 meters (10 feet) of your We-Vibe.

    Can I pair with more than one person?


    No, you can only pair with one lover at a time. If you wish to disconnect from your partner and connect to a new one, you must first remove your partner in Settings and then initiate a new connection with your new partner. See: How do I disconnect from my lover?

    Can I pair with more than one We-Vibe?


    You can only pair with one We-Vibe product at a time. If you want to connect to a different We-Vibe product, you must first disconnect from your We-Vibe in the Setting Menu. You will then be able to connect to the new We-Vibe product.

    How do I disconnect from my lover?


    Click on the partner icon in the top right corner to end current partner session. If, at another time, both you and your lover are in the app you can click the icon and pair to each other without the need to send out a lover invitation.

    To remove or delete lover click “Remove Lover” button under settings. When this is done, a new partner pairing link has to be sent out for the partners to reestablish their connection.

    What if I forget my Discretion Lock PIN?


    If you have forgotten your Discretion Lock PIN, you must delete and reinstall your app.

    When I first launch my app why does my We-Vibe read 0-1% battery level?


    If your We-Vibe is new and you haven’t given it a complete charge the We-Vibe App will not be able to detect the level of charge. After your first complete charge your We-Vibe App will be able to tell you how much battery life your We-Vibe has.

    I have an iPhone and my partner has an Android - can we still connect?


    Yes! Our app supports cross platform connection between compatible android and iOS devices.

    How do I reset my We-Vibe to factory settings?


    • From the menu select Settings and tap Reset We-Vibe.
    • Your We-Vibe will be reset to factory settings and will need to be paired again to work with the app or We-Vibe remote.
    • Please note that the We-Vibe must be paired to your device for this option to appear.

    Where did my custom modes go?


    If you have just upgraded your We-Connect app your old modes will not be carried over.

    Where is the option to sign into my account?


    We-Connect no longer supports user accounts.
  • Two-way Control


    What is two-way control?


    Two-way control allows you and your partner to control each other’s We-Vibe® products, or one of you can control both. Both lovers must have a We-Connect™ compatible product connected to their device to enable the two-way control feature. See 'which We-Vibe products are compatible with the We-Connect™'

    How do I enable the two way control feature?


    The We-Connect™ app recognizes when each partner has a We-Vibe® paired on their mobile device and automatically enables the two-way control User Interface when both users are paired in a Connect Lover session.

    If you do not have a lover in We-Connect, add your partner as a lover by sending them a Connect Lover link from We-Connect's menu.

    Tap the lover icon to request your partner to pair with you.

    Each of you pair your We-Vibe product while in a Connect Lover session.

    Go to the control screen in the app and you will see a preview window of your device and your lover's device.

    I cannot connect to My Lover or My Lover is no longer active on the app.


    This update requires that you make a new connection with your partner by initiating the Connect Lover feature in the main menu of the app. Previously established partner sessions are no longer available. Both you and your partner must update the app on your smartphones and/or tablets for the Connect Lover feature to work.

    We recommend that all users update to the latest version of the app, since we will no longer support older versions.

    Can I pair 2 We-Vibe products through the We-Connect app at the same time using my Smartphone?


    No. The new two-way control feature does not allow you to control 2 We-Vibes at the same time through Bluetooth™. However, by using the Connect Lover feature, each user can pair one We-Vibe product with the We-Connect app on their Smartphone and have their partner take control.

    You can control your partner's We-Vibe product while they are controlling yours. Control of the We-Vibe can also be passed between lovers during play. Depending on the user's selection, each partner can control their lover's We-Vibe, their own We-Vibe or both We-Vibes.

    How can I control my We-Vibe product and my Partner’s We-Vibe product at the same time?


    Unfortunately there is no way to control your We-Vibe and your partner's We-Vibe in synchrony. That being said, it is possible to control your We-Vibe and your partner's We-Vibe independently by switching between the "Your We-Vibe" and "Your Lover’s We-Vibe" control screens.

    Can My Lover see the vibration patterns I’ve created?


    Custom vibration patterns are visible only to the user who created them. Any partner you pair to will not be able to see or play with the vibration patterns you made.

    Can I share my vibration patterns with My Lover?


    No. You cannot share your vibration patterns with your Lover. You can use your vibration patterns when controlling your Lovers We-Vibe when you are in a Connect Lover session. Once the session is disconnected between lovers, any created vibes which were played by your partner will no longer be available to you.

  • Exclusive to We-Vibe Sync


    How do I access the Touch and Beat modes on my Sync using We-Connect?


    Touch and Beat modes can be selected from the Vibe tray that appears when the drop-down arrow at the top of the control screen is tapped. To use the Touch and Beat modes, your mobile device must be paired with your Sync. If there is no Sync paired, the Touch and Beat options will be grayed out and inaccessible.

    Can I use Touch and Beat modes with other We-Vibe products?


    No. Touch and Beat modes are exclusive to We-Vibe Sync. Please visit we-vibe.com/store-finder to find out where you can purchase a Sync. Customers in the U.S. and Canada can purchase a Sync at we-vibe.com.

    In Beat mode, can I use music from a third-party app or library?


    No. At the moment, you can only use music stored locally on your phone’s library. Third-party music applications or libraries are not supported at this time.

    Why can my partner not use Beat mode remotely?


    Beat mode is not supported while using the connect to lover feature.

    What do the different options (Bass, Midrange, Treble) in Beat mode represent?


    These filter options set the sound frequencies your Sync vibrates to. Depending on the music track, selecting the Bass option may cause your Sync to rumble more. Treble may cause it to rumble intermittently, and Midrange is in between. Filter options on the external (clitoral) and internal (G-spot) stimulators can be set individually.

    What are the + and – buttons used for in Touch mode?


    These buttons control the vibration intensity of Sync at a given swipe speed. At higher levels, Sync will rumble more vigorously than it would at lower levels for the same swipe speed. The touch screen colour indicates the set level. The screen gets darker as the level increases when the plus (+) button is pressed and lighter when the minus (–) button is pressed.
  • Troubleshooting


    I can’t pair my We-Vibe to my device.


    • Try to re-pair your We-Vibe and phone:
      • Press and hold the control button on your We-Vibe for 5 seconds. Your We-Vibe will pulse twice to let you know it’s ready to be paired.
      • Choose Pair We-Vibe from the menu.
      • Follow the prompts in your app until you receive a “Woo Hoo!” message. This indicates a pair and that the app is ready to use.
    • If it still doesn’t work:
      • Ensure your Bluetooth is enabled. If the Bluetooth is switched ON, turn if OFF and then back ON. Check with your device manufacturer if you need instructions on how to do this.
      • Make sure your We-Vibe is charged and turned on.
      • Make sure your We-Vibe and phone are within Bluetooth range (3 m / 10 ft).
      • Check to see that your smartphone is Bluetooth™ 4.0 compatible and is a supported device.
        • Make sure you are using a We-Vibe compatible product: We-Connect is compatible with iOS (9 or newer) and Android (4.4 or newer) Bluetooth® Smart Ready (Bluetooth 4.0) products and has been tested to be compatible with the following devices:

          Apple Devices (iOS9 or newer):

          • iPhone (4S, 5, 5C, 5S, 6, 6 Plus, 7, 7 Plus)
          • iPad (3rd Generation or newer)

    My We-Vibe has been paired, but it’s not responding to the app.


    • By default, after 30 minutes of inactivity your We-Vibe will go into sleep mode, to preserve battery life. To wake your We-Vibe up, turn it on with the control button on the top of the We-Vibe massager.
    • If you wish to adjust the sleep time of your We-Vibe, you can change it in under Settings in the menu of the app.
    • If you are still having trouble, make sure your We-Vibe and phone are within Bluetooth range (3m / 10 ft).

    My lover did not get the link via SMS/text or email.


    • Ensure your WiFi or cellular data is turned on for both your and your lover’s phones.
    • Choose Connect to My Lover from the menu.
    • Ensure you are sending the SMS/text to the correct number or the email to the correct address.
    • If the problem persists, try sending the message by the alternate method or have your lover send you the request.

    Please note that if you chose the email option and your lover has not received the request to connect be sure to check your junk mail.

    The link my lover received does not work.


    • Tap Settings in the menu. Remove Lover.
    • Send your lover a new request to connect.

    Please note that if you have previously connected to another lover/device, you must first remove that partner/device before you can add a new partner.
