  • What do I do if my We-Vibe will not take a charge?

    In general, ensure that the wall outlet where the charger is plugged in has power available.

    • We-Vibe I: ensure that the switch is in the center-off position, and that the charging pin is inserted completely. Turn or twist the pin a few times to insure good contact is made. Repeat the charging sessions for 24 hrs.
    • We-Vibe II: ensure that the charging pin is inserted completely. Turn or twist the pin a few times to insure good contact is made. Repeat the charging sessions for 24 hrs.
    • We-Vibe Touch/Tango/Salsa: ensure that the magnetic cap is properly aligned and making good contact. Once plugged in, the charger cap will illuminate to indicate that it is charging.

    Yes, the We-Vibe 3 is completely waterproof and may be enjoyed in the shower or submerged in a bath.

  • How do I charge the We-Vibe 3?

    WARNING: always keep your charger unit away from water. Wash and dry your We-Vibe before charging.

    Simply place the two ends of the We-Vibe 3 massager into the pockets in the charger base and plug it in. The We-Vibe 3 will only fit into the charger one way – with the exterior massager pad (with the We-Vibe logo) in the upper pocket. The  charger automatically detects that the We-Vibe 3 massager is in place, the yellow light illuminates and it begins charging. Leave your We-Vibe 3 massager in the charger base and plugged all the time if used regularly – then it will always be ready when you are! Unplug for long-term storage.

    The wireless remote control unit includes a long-life battery that will last for many years of pleasure.  The remote is permanently sealed and the battery cannot be replaced.

  • How do I control the We-Vibe 3?

    You can control the We-Vibe 3 directly using the push button on the nose of the exterior massage pad (the pad with the We-Vibe logo on top) or using the new wireless remote control unit.

    To control the We-Vibe 3 using the massager nose button: press and release the button on the nose to turn on. Press and release again to advance to the next vibration mode – make sure you try all 6 modes, cha-cha!. Continue to advance through the modes until it reaches the off position or simply press and hold for 2 seconds to turn off. When you restart the We-Vibe 3 within an hour, it will resume at the last vibration mode selected.

    To use the new remote, simply start your We-Vibe 3 by pushing the button on the nose of the massager, then press the thumb-shaped button on the remote control unit to change vibration modes. Press and hold the remote control button to turn off. Within 45 minutes of being turned off, the remote control unit remains on standby and can be used to restart your We-Vibe massager. After 45 minutes, the We-Vibe massager nose button must be used to turn it on before the remote control can be used.

  • How do I pair or resynchronize a remote control with its massager?

    Step 1: Turn on the We-Vibe 3 massager in any mode manually by pressing the button on the nose,

  • Can I use the We-Vibe Tango and Salsa in the bath or hot tub?

    The We-Vibe Tango and Salsa are completely waterproof and can be enjoyed fully submerged in the bath or hot tub. The recharging system is not waterproof and should never be used near water.

  • Can they be used internally?

    No, the We-Vibe Tango and Salsa are designed for external stimulation only. The use of small vibrating massagers in the anus is potentially dangerous due to their tendency to become fully inserted and irretrievable.

  • How are they controlled?

    The ends of the We-Vibe Salsa and Tango have a simple push button: press it to turn on; press it repeatedly to step through the eight different vibrating modes; press and hold for 2 seconds to turn it off. When you turn it back on, it resumes the last vibration mode. A light near the push button will flash to the vibration pattern, letting you know it is working properly.

  • How are they recharged?

    Charge fully before first use. Plug the charger cord into the charging cap, place the cap on the end of the We-Vibe Salsa or Tango where its magnets will hold it properly in place, and plug the charger into a wall outlet. A light on the charging cap will illuminate while it is charging; when it is completely charged, the light will go out. A full charge takes less than 90 minutes. The charger features an automatic shut-off, so you can always leave it plugged in.

    A full charge provides up to 2 hours of vibrations and maintains its charge when not in use for up to 2 months, so it's ready whenever you are! The high quality recharging system lasts for over 500 charge cycles, providing many years of reliable pleasure.

    Repeatedly push the We-Vibe Tango or Salsa's control button to change the speed and pattern of the vibrations. Try all 8 modes: low speed, medium speed, high speed, ultra speed, tease, wave, pulse, and the cha-cha. To turn off the We-Vibe Touch or Salsa in any mode, simply press and hold the button for 2 seconds.
