    How do I clean my We-Vibe products?


    Simply wash your We-Vibe product with We-Vibe Clean – made by pjur® or soap and water after every use. A 10% bleach solution can be used to clean if desired. To avoid battery or motor damage, DO NOT BOIL your We-Vibe products, place them in the dishwasher or subject them to temperatures higher than body temperature.

    How do you determine the optimal shape for your products?


    Each massager is artfully sculpted so that vibrations can stimulate with just the right force at the right locations. Given the variety in human anatomy and sensitivity, that means product contours and flexibility need to enable users to easily find their "sweet spots." Overall shape, the location of ridges and the orientation of flat spots need to be just right.

    Comfort and ease-of-use are also key factors; after all, these are products that are often used in dim light, with slippery, lube-covered hands, in moments of intense excitement!     Vibrating massage products all use a rotating electric motor with an offset weight to generate vibrations.     What kind of lubricant can I use with my We-Vibe product?

    What do I do if my We-Vibe will not take a charge?


    In general, ensure that the wall outlet where the charger is plugged in has power available.

    • We-Vibe I: ensure that the switch is in the center-off position, and that the charging pin is inserted completely. Turn or twist the pin a few times to insure good contact is made. Repeat the charging sessions for 24 hrs.
    • We-Vibe II: ensure that the charging pin is inserted completely. Turn or twist the pin a few times to insure good contact is made. Repeat the charging sessions for 24 hrs.
    • We-Vibe Touch/Tango/Salsa: ensure that the magnetic cap is properly aligned and making good contact. Once plugged in, the charger cap will illuminate to indicate that it is charging.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is a European Union directive that sets collection, recycling and recovery targets for electrical goods and is part of a legislative initiative to solve the problem of huge amounts of toxic e-waste.     Lots of companies claim they use "medical-grade silicone" or "FDA-approved" materials. Are they all equally safe?


    Consumers need to be aware of misleading claims about product materials. Plastic and silicone products are often touted as "FDA-approved" or "medical grade," but that isn't always the whole story. For example, some companies have claimed their products are made with silicone only to blend that material with other lower quality materials, rendering the final composition impure. If the material gives off any odour, it is not pure silicone and should be avoided. Quality control in the manufacturing and curing process also matters; some silicones require a proper post-cure step to drive out volatile compounds.     My Sync is difficult to adjust, what should I do?


    Sync is designed to be adjusted to fit you, and then enjoyed. It should be a little stiff so that it stays in your desired position during sex. Sync is fun to play with, but avoid bending it repeatedly or rapidly during one session.

    How do I control my Sync?


    There are 3 ways to control your Sync:
    1. Use the vibrator control button on the top of the clitoral stimulator (the larger end with the We-Vibe logo),
    2. Use the wireless remote control or,
    3. Use the We-Connect app on your smartphone for the best experience.
    Vibrator control button: To turn your Sync on, press and release the control button — the small, raised button on top of the clitoral stimulator. To advance to the next vibration mode press and release the control button again. Make sure you try all modes. To turn off your Sync, simply press and hold for 2 seconds. When you restart your Sync, it will resume at the last vibration mode selected.

    Remote Control: First, pair the remote to your Sync. Start by turning on your Sync by pressing the control button on the top of the clitoral stimulator. Then press and hold that button for 5 seconds. Sync will pulse to let you know it is ready to pair. With the remote and Sync next to each other, press and hold any button on the remote control for 5 seconds. The light on the remote will blink 3 times and your Sync will pulse 3 times when it’s paired. Use the up/down buttons on the remote to step through 10 levels of intensity, or press and hold the up button to soar to max right away. Use the left/right buttons to go backward or forward through the modes. To turn off your Sync using the remote, hold the down button for 2 seconds.

    The remote control remains on standby for 30 minutes after being turned off and it can be used to restart your Sync vibrator. After 30 minutes the control button on your Sync must be used to turn on your vibrator.

    How do I pair my Sync and remote?


    To pair the remote control with your Sync vibrator:
    1. If your Sync is paired to your smartphone through the We-Connect app, you must first disconnect it from the app. From the shortcut menu (also called the hamburger button — the 3 small horizontal bars on the top left), select “settings” and then “unpair We-Vibe.” If you have not paired with the app, proceed to step 2.
    2. Press and hold the control button on the Sync for 5 seconds. Your Sync will pulse twice to let you know it’s ready to be paired.
    3. With the remote and Sync next to each other, press and hold any button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
    4. The light on the remote will blink 3 times and your Sync will pulse 3 times when it’s paired.
    5. Press the up button on the remote to start controlling your Sync with the remote.

    What are the various vibration modes?


    The modes available depend on how you are controlling your Sync. In the We-Connect app, you get additional modes.

    Can I use Sync in the shower?


    We-Vibe Sync is completely waterproof and may be enjoyed in the shower, but the remote control is not waterproof. Avoid bringing the remote control into the shower.

    If your Sync vibrator is completely submerged in water, like in the bath, the remote control will not work. The water will weaken the radio frequency signals. Use the control button on the clitoral stimulator to control your Sync when it is submerged in water.

    What should I do if my remote control gets wet?


    If the remote control is used underwater or dropped in water, it will likely get water inside. Open it, remove the battery, and drain any water. After the remote dries out, replace the battery, close the case, and start using it again.

    Why is my remote control not working?


    There are a number of reasons why your remote control may not be working:
    1. It may not be paired with your We-Vibe Sync. To pair the remote control with your Sync vibrator:
      • If your Sync is paired to your smartphone through the We-Connect app, you must first disconnect it from the app. From the shortcut menu (also called the hamburger button — the 3 small horizontal bars on the top left), select “settings” and then “unpair We-Vibe.” If you have not paired with the app, proceed to step 2.
      • Press and hold the control button on the Sync for 5 seconds. Your Sync will pulse twice to let you know it’s ready to be paired.
      • With the remote and Sync next to each other, press and hold any button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
      • The light on the remote will blink 3 times and your Sync will pulse 3 times when it’s paired.
      • Press the up button on the remote to start controlling your Sync with the remote.
    2. There may not be a direct line of sight between the remote control and your Sync. Similar to the remote control for many televisions, the remote control requires a direct line of sight to operate your Sync.
    3. It may have been more than 30 minutes since you used the remote control with your Sync. Sync remains on standby for 30 minutes after the vibrator is turned off, then it “goes to sleep” to preserve battery life. If it has been more than 30 minutes, simply use the control button on your Sync to restart and reactivate the remote control.
    4. You may be too far away from your Sync. The remote control operates within 3 meters (10 feet) of the Sync.
    5. You are trying to use the remote control through water. The Sync remote control does not work when your Sync is submerged in water (although it does work in the shower). Use the control button on the clitoral stimulator to control your Sync when it is submerged in water.
    6. You may be using your Sync in a position where the external arm that contains the receiver is completely enveloped in body tissue. This can happen during full frontal intercourse, for example. Because our bodies are 80% moisture, completely enveloping the receiver attenuates and distorts the radio frequency signal between your Sync and the remote control so that the remote control may not work.

    How will my partner and the We-Vibe Sync fit at the same time? Will the Sync get in the way?


    The Sync G-spot stimulator is designed to rest against the inner anterior wall of the vagina, out of the way of the penis. The mid-section of Sync is slim to allow room for your partner to enter comfortably and enjoy the heightened sensation.

    Does it matter which end is inserted?


    Yes. The smaller end — the G-spot stimulator — is scientifically designed to target the G-spot during intercourse. The larger end — the clitoral vibrator — includes the control button, so it should always be kept outside the body.

    How do I adjust my Sync?


    Your Sync has two points that can be adjusted to better target your G-spot and clitoris with more or less pressure.

    TIP: Sync is fun to play with, but avoid bending it repeatedly or rapidly during one session. Your Sync is designed to be adjusted to fit you, and then enjoyed.

    Applying pressure to the point on the bend, toward the clitoral stimulator arm, will help you either open your Sync for a looser fit or close it for a tighter fit:
    • Hold the clitoral stimulator firmly in one hand.
    • Using your other hand, apply pressure with your thumb at the bend in your Sync to open it up.
    • Or, press down on the bend in your Sync to close it.

    Applying pressure to the point on the G-spot stimulator allows you to customize the Sync to target your G-spot:
    • Hold the G-spot stimulator with both hands
    • Using both thumbs, apply pressure on the underside of the G-spot stimulator to bend it down slightly.
    • Do the opposite motion using your fingers and thumbs to bend the G-spot stimulator up toward the clitoral stimulator.

    How should I fit my Sync to my unique shape?


    Try Sync in its original shape first, and then use the two adjustable points to try slightly different variations in shape. Have fun exploring. Try it on your own if it is your first time using a C-shaped vibrator. Explore until you find a shape that is comfortable and stays in place.

    How far can I bend my Sync?


    Adjust the two points to better target your G-spot and clitoris, but do not overextend them.

    Also, do not adjust Sync rapidly or repeatedly, over and over. Find the fit that’s right for you, and then enjoy.

    How do I charge my Sync?


    WARNING: Always keep your charger unit away from water. Wash and dry your Sync before charging.

    Simply place your Sync into the charging base with Sync’s charging contacts (located on the clitoral stimulator, the larger end) placed on the magnetic charging contacts, and plug the base into any USB port or USB power adapter, such as one used to charge a mobile phone. There is room to store the remote in the side pocket (the remote does not charge). The G-spot stimulator, no matter what position it is in, has room to fit in the base and have the lid placed on. The charger automatically detects that your Sync is in place, the light begins to blink, and it begins charging.

    • Light blinking: Charging
    • Light on: Fully charged
    • Light off: No power, or Sync is incorrectly inserted
    If you store your Sync off the charging base, the charge is maintained for several months but will gradually diminish over time. For best performance and long battery life, recharge before vibrations weaken noticeably.

    Your Sync will not charge if it is too hot (+45 degrees Celsius). The LED on the charger will blink once every 5 seconds until the temperature reaches a safe level. At that point, charging will begin automatically.

    The snug-fitting lid turns the charger into a discreet storage and travel case for your Sync vibrator and remote control unit.

    How should I clean my Sync?

    Will the metal charging contacts rust?


    No. The charging contacts have an anti-corrosion plating that protects them from rusting.

    What metal are the charging contacts made of?


    The charging contacts on Sync are made of nickel-plated iron.

    Do I need to sterilize my Sync?


    No. Your Sync is made with non-porous, body-safe silicone. Use We-Vibe™ Clean – made by pjur® or soap and water to clean your Sync. Never boil, bake, microwave or put your Sync, the charging base or the remote control in a dishwasher.

    Where should I store my Sync?


    We recommend that you store Sync on its charging base with the lid on to keep the dust out. If you’re using your Sync regularly, keep the charging base plugged in so the charge is automatically topped up when necessary. Unplug the charging base for long-term storage.

    How long does it take to charge?


    A full charge takes up to 2 hours, depending on the charge remaining in your Sync. The charger light will illuminate and begin to blink when charging is taking place. You can leave it plugged in and charging if you use it regularly — it cannot be overcharged. Unplug for long-term storage.

    Why doesn’t my Sync package include a USB power adapter for charging?


    In the interest of conservation, a USB power adapter is not included with We-Vibe Sync models that have USB charging. Many people already have USB ports on their computers or USB power adapters for other electronic devices such as mobile phones. USB power adapters are also widely available for purchase. You can use any commercially available USB power adapter with your Sync.

    Why doesn’t my charger LED blink when my Sync is inserted into the charging base?


    If your charger LED light is not blinking, your Sync is not set onto the magnetic charging contacts properly. Wipe the contacts on your Sync and in the charger clean with a damp cloth, and set your Sync back into the charger.

    Does the remote control charge while it is in its charging base?


    No. The remote control has a special, non-rechargeable battery that is designed to last many years. Should your remote battery die, you can replace it with any commercially available button cell, model CR2032.

    How long will my remote battery last?


    Your button cell battery should last about 4 years, depending on use.

    What should I do if my Sync charging base or cable is lost or broken?

    Can I use other vendors’ USB cables with my Sync?


    Yes, you can use any commercially available micro-USB cable with the charging base.

    What type of lube should I use with my Sync?

    How do I insert Ditto by We-Vibe?


    When you’re ready for the toy, apply a generous amount of water-based lube to the toy. Apply a generous amount of water-based lube to the outside of your anus. When you are in a comfortable position, take a deep breath and on the exhale slowly insert Ditto. When the widest point is at the external anal muscle, you can try slowly shift the toy downward, so that one side of the bulb slides inside the anus. Continuing to take deep, relaxed breaths, and maintaining the toy at the same depth, gently angle Ditto upward about 45 degrees. Going back and forth like this a few times, accompanied with deep breaths will allow the toy to gently go a little further with each change in direction.     The only differences between We-Vibe Salsa and Tango are the tip shape and colour selections. We-Vibe Salsa features a traditional rounded tip and comes in bold Red, White and Black colours. We-Vibe Tango introduces a lipstick-like tip contour that provides both narrow edges and a flat area for different stimulation experiences.     How do I change the vibration mode?


    Press and release the control button to move to the next vibration mode. The off position follows the last vibration mode. If your Thrill by We-Vibe turns off, simply press and release the control button again to move to the 1st vibration mode.

    How do I turn my Thrill by We-Vibe off?


    There are 2 ways to turn your Thrill by We-Vibe off:

    • Hold the control button down for 2 seconds.
    • Press and release the control button repeatedly to move through the vibration modes until you reach the off position.

    If you held the control button down for 2 seconds to turn your Thrill by We-Vibe off, it will resume at the last vibration mode used the next time you turn it on.

    How many different vibration modes are there?


    Your Thrill by We-Vibe has 8 vibration settings:

    1. Low: 3200 rpm
    2. Medium: 3600 rpm
    3. High: 4200 rpm
    4. Ultra: 4800 rpm
    5. Tease: A mode of strong pulses followed by soft pulses

    What types of lubricants can I use with my Thrill by We-Vibe?

    Why does my Thrill by We-Vibe turn off when I try to change the vibration mode?


    Your Thrill by We-Vibe turns off when you hold the control button down for 2 seconds. To change the vibration mode, press and release the control button.

    Why won’t my Thrill by We-Vibe turn on when I press the control button?


    If your Thrill by We-Vibe doesn’t turn on when the control button is pressed, it is likely not charged. Your Thrill by We-Vibe needs to be fully charged before 1st use and should be recharged regularly so it is ready when you are. If you have charged your Thrill by We-Vibe and it still won’t turn on, confirm that the USB cable is properly connected to both the Thrill by We-Vibe charging base and an active USB power source. See the charging and battery life section for additional guidance. Note that your Thrill by We-Vibe won’t charge in extreme heat or cold, so don’t try charging it in an extremely sunny location or on a cold windowsill in winter.

    Can I charge my Thrill by We-Vibe in an electrical outlet?


    Yes. You can use any commercially available USB power adapter with your Thrill by We-Vibe. Simply connect the USB cable to the adapter and plug the adapter into an electrical outlet.

    Can I use my Thrill by We-Vibe USB cable with my other electronic devices?


    No. The Thrill by We-Vibe USB cable is custom-designed and intended only for use with We-Vibe products.

    Can I use other vendors’ USB cables and power adapters with my Thrill by We-Vibe?


    Yes. You can use any commercially available USB cable and power adapter with your Thrill by We-Vibe.

    Do I need to drain the battery before recharging my Thrill by We-Vibe?


    No. Your Thrill by We-Vibe uses a nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) battery, so you do not need to drain it before recharging.

    Do I need to replace the battery in my Thrill by We-Vibe?


    No. The nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) battery used in your Thrill by We-Vibe is not replaceable. When the device reaches the end of its operational life, please recycle it as you would any electronic device.

    How do I charge my Thrill by We-Vibe?


    Connect the charging cap to your Thrill by We-Vibe. Then plug the USB cable into a USB power source, such as an electronic device or a USB power adapter for electrical outlets.

    How do I know when my Thrill by We-Vibe is fully charged?


    The light on the charging base turns off when your Thrill by We-Vibe is fully charged.

    How long does it take to recharge my Thrill by We-Vibe?


    A full recharge takes up to 90 minutes. The indicator light on the charging base turns off when your Thrill by We-Vibe is fully charged

    How long will the charge last when I’m using my Thrill by We-Vibe?


    A full charge will last up to 2 hours, depending on the vibration modes used. Modes with higher vibration speeds drain the battery faster.

    How often should I charge my Thrill by We-Vibe?


    Charge your Thrill by We-Vibe for 90 minutes before 1st use. After that, we recommend recharging your Thrill by We-Vibe regularly so it is ready when you are. Allow up to 90 minutes for a full recharge.

    Is it possible to overcharge my Thrill by We-Vibe?


    No. The charging system automatically shuts off when full charge is reached. The light on the charging base turns off to let you know your Thrill by We-Vibe is fully charged.

    What does the light on the charging base indicate?


    When the light on the charging base is on, your Thrill by We-Vibe is charging. When the light is off, your Thrill by We-Vibe is fully charged and the charging system is off.

    What should I do if my Thrill by We-Vibe charging base, USB cable or power adapter is lost or broken?


    You can use other vendors’ USB cables and any commercially available USB power adapter with your Thrill by We-Vibe.

    Why doesn’t my Thrill by We-Vibe package include a power adapter for charging?


    In the interest of conservation, a power adapter is not included with your Thrill by We-Vibe because USB power adapters are widely available. You can use any commercially available USB power adapter with your Thrill by We-Vibe.

    Why won’t my Thrill by We-Vibe charge?


    If your Thrill by We-Vibe won’t charge, try the following steps:

    • Confirm that the USB cable is properly connected to both the charging base and an active USB power source.
    • Clean the charging contacts on your Thrill by We-Vibe and on the charging base with rubbing alcohol.
    • Try using the USB cable from one of your other electronic devices.
    • Try using a different USB power adapter. You can use any commercially available USB power adapter with your Thrill by We-Vibe.

    Will my Thrill by We-Vibe hold its charge when I’m not using it?


    Yes. Charge is maintained for several months but it will continually diminish over time. For best performance, recharge regularly.

    Do I need to sterilize my Thrill by We-Vibe?


    No. Your Thrill by We-Vibe is made with non-porous, medical-grade silicone and ABS thermoplastic. Use We-Vibe Clean – made by pjur® or soap and water to clean your We-Vibe product. Never boil, bake or microwave or put your Thrill by We-Vibe in a dishwasher.

    How should I clean my Thrill by We-Vibe?


    Clean your Thrill by We-Vibe with We-Vibe Clean – made by pjur® or soap and water after every use.

    Where should I store my Thrill by We-Vibe?
