1 year replacement warranty from purchase date on all defective products.

Within 12 months from the date of purchase (or a longer period where required by law), the We-Vibe may be returned for replacement, in the event of a manufacturing defect.

The consumer should contact the Retailer where the We-Vibe was purchased to receive a replacement We-Vibe. Please provide your retailer with Proof of Purchase which must be within the twelve-month warranty time frame.
