6 Month replacement warranty from purchase date on all defective products.

Within six months from the date of purchase (or a longer period where required by law), the We-Vibe™ may be returned for replacement, in the event of a manufacturing defect.

The consumer should contact the Retailer where the We-Vibe™ was purchased.  At the discretion of the Retailer, the consumer may receive a replacement We-Vibe™ or be instructed to return the defective We-Vibe™ unit back to the Distributor.

If your are returning a defective We-Vibe™, please include:

• Proof of Purchase which must be within the six-month warranty time frame
• Please package your We-Vibe™ and charger in a zip-lock plastic bag and tape the proof of purchase to the outside of the bag.
• Include your full name, civic address, phone number and email address - products cannot be shipped to a PO Box address if shipped via courier.

Please mail the defective We-Vibe™ to the company address you were given by the Retailer or Distributor.  Costs associated with the return of a defective product are the responsibility of the consumer.  There will be no charge for shipping a replacement unit back to the consumer.
