Tree Climb puts your strength and multitasking skills to work for an experience that defies the conventional. While Tree Climb can be enjoyed free standing, it’s not cheating if you make use of a wall for some more support. Here’s the rundown on how to Tree Climb:

He: Stand with feet locked firmly on the ground approximately shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent. Support her with hands firmly planted on her behind and lower back. If extra support is required, lean against a wall.

She: Start off by standing in front of him. As if climbing a tree, wrap legs tightly around his waist and clasp arms around his neck and shoulders.

WE: Work together in an up and down motion
