We-Vibe Position of the Week: Take Charge

Fulbright tells Fitness Magazine that the position will have the woman exercising her butt, legs and hips — in addition to her lower abs and quads.  What can be better than a little mid-week pleasure plus an unexpected work out?

Here’s how you can perform the Take Charge position and reap its many benefits:

He: Lie on the bed with the top of your torso hanging off the edge. Reach arms up and over your head and relax them on the floor.

She: Climb over his legs and get into a sitting position so you can take him inside of you. Keep your knees bent and hold onto his sides to keep the position.

WE: He’ll have no choice but to lie there and enjoy being ridden. Take advantage of him!
